We offer one and two bedroom units, as well as a few handicap accessible units. There are five floors and seventy one units total.
Yes, we allow pets in our apartments. However, there are certain restrictions and fees that apply. Please contact us for more information.
Our apartments come with a range of amenities including 2 park grills, laundry facilities on the main level, a community room, and in house maintenance. Maintenance is available M-F and on call for emergencies and weekends.
The rent for each apartment is dependent upon income of the household.
While we cater to senior citizens we also accept those with disabilities.
